Our blogger is Eddie Whyte – an former elected union representative for Fagforbundet otherwise known as the Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees (NUMGE). Originally from Belfast, Ireland, he has been living in Norway for many years. He is a former member of the union’s National Executive and one of the union’s Ambassadors to Palestine.
